Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki is a system of healing that allows for direct contact with the vital energy of the Universe. As a Reiki Practitioner, I am able to channel Reiki energy to flow through me and share this with you via my palms. The healing works to bring balance to the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, working with the Chakras, treating imbalance/dis-ease, accelerating healing and clearing stagnant or unwanted energy.

When receiving Reiki, you'll likely feel relaxed and you may drop into a meditative state or fall asleep. You might experience Reiki energy as colour, warmth, gentle sensations or pure love.

Reiki takes time to integrate into the body, so it's essential to have patience and be compassionate with yourself. It's completely up to you how many sessions you feel called to receive. My teacher puts it beautifully ~ "Trust that what a person can allow and afford is what will be".
